How to delete

This page explains how to delete your account in the app TTANG TTANG (developer: winterlog studio).

  1. In the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete account → Delete. Your account is deleted immediately. You can do the same in the web game (ttang.bang9.dev) after signing in with Google or Apple.
  2. To delete without reinstalling the app, sign in to the web game with the same account and delete it there, or email support@bang9.dev with "Delete my account". Tell us how you signed in (Google, Apple, Game Center, Play Games) and your player ID so we can find your account.
  3. Guests who never signed in: uninstalling the app (on the web, clearing site data) erases the data on your device. To delete your rating on our server, send "Delete my data" from Settings → ✉️ Support (the email includes your player ID).
